Therapy that
meets you
where you are

Every person who walks through my door brings with them a unique story, set of experiences, and vision for their life. My approach begins with deep listening — understanding not just the symptoms, but the whole person.

I draw on evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, and systemic approaches, adapting my methods to what is most beneficial for you. I hold a strong belief in the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of meaningful change.

As a South African psychologist, I am sensitive to the cultural, social, and historical contexts that shape our psychological experiences. I strive to provide a practice environment that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming.

Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a period away, my commitment is simple: to offer you a safe, confidential, and supportive space in which you can explore, understand, and grow.
